RETURNS

Be Monogrammed does not accept returns except in the event of an error that is ours, or for a manufacturer's defect. Our items are custom made and personalized just for you. If we make an error, we will gladly replace the item for you. If you make an an error, we cannot accept the item in return. Contact us with questions before you order or be very specific with notes left with your order. Please note that there is a 7 day time limit to notify us of any and all returns.

MONOGRAMMING

We ask for all initials or text during the ordering process. Initial placement will be engraved as shown on your order, according to the font style chosen. A traditional monogram is engraved with the first name initial first, the last name initial as the larger, center letter and the middle initial last unless otherwise specified on the monogram style sample. For example, traditional block style font and Old English font feature engraved letters all the same size. These font styles are engraved in the order of first inital, middle initial, last initial. If you make an error, we are unable to accept a return. If we make an error, we are glad to replace your item. Feel free to email us with any questions you may have before placing your order.
