This unique 3D double plated nameplate necklace features sparkling diamond CZ's and a heart underscore. Nameplate measures approximately a generous 45 mm x 24 mm (1.77" x .94"), 6.5 dwt. The iced out nameplate is 14K gold vermeil. Top layer of nameplate is rhodium pen cut silver then dotted with approximately 40 high quality, sparkling diamond clear CZ's (depending on name), including 10 birthstones of your choice in the two heart accent.
